It makes a totally awesome and protein-rich morning kickstart, pre-workout snack, or recovery drink. Plus, it tastes like a treat! With only a few ingredients, you can rest assured you are making a good choice for both your body and your tastebuds. For an added energy boost, add in your favorite coffee, chilled. 1 cup low fat milk

1 scoop chocolate whey protein

1 tablespoon honey

1 tablespoon cinnamon

1 handful of ice cubes

1/2 cup iced coffee (optional)

Blend all ingredients together, sip, and enjoy!
